By purchasing a voucher through the N. Richards Group platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
• Vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.• Any unused vouchers will expire after this period and will no longer be redeemable.• After six (6) months, any unutilized funds will be credited back to the customer. All associated costs, including a 10% administration fee, will be borne by the customer.
• Vouchers can be purchased directly through the www.nrichards.co.zw website.• All vouchers are denominated in USD and will be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased.• Beneficiaries may redeem vouchers at any N Richards branch in Zimbabwe.• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed for products and services in-store.
• All voucher sales are final. Once a voucher has been used to purchase goods or services, refunds or exchanges will not be permitted. Please verify your intended purchase before completing the transaction.• Product exchanges will be subject to the N Richards Group (NRG) Returns Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website and will not affect vouchers already issued.• If a voucher recipient is unable to visit a branch, the voucher purchaser may request a change to the voucher details via email. Share the details you initially provided, along with the new information you'd like updated on the voucher. Please send an email requesting changes to etenga@nrichards.co.zw.

a. Goods were defective when they were sold to customerb. Goods were charged incorrectly at till point i.e. wrong unit of measurementc. The customer made an obvious and honest error and bought the wrong item (hardware only)d. Customer prepaid and the required products are not available in stock
a. Customer changes tastes and preferences after purchaseb. Customer damages the goods when they were bought in good statec. Price comparison d. Perishables (examples: vegetables, meat, dairy products, etc)e. Goods no longer in saleable condition
a. All applications for returns/refunds must be submitted to the N Richards Branch Storekeeper of the branch where the purchase was madeb. The customer should bring an NRG original invoice that was issued on the purchase together with the items to be creditedc. Exceptional cases where original invoice is missing will be authorised by N Richards Group Senior Managementd. Goods must be returned within 24 hours e. Goods must still be in saleable condition when returned. No credit note can be issued without the physical goods that have been returnedf. If the amount on the new invoice exceeds the amount on the credit note then the customer will be responsible for the variance g. When customer returns goods, the credit note raised must be utilized/tendered immediately. Credits cannot be carried forward for future utilization.
a. When electronics (ex. stoves, generators, batteries) are returned by customers because they failed to work, a claim must be raised, the defective product returned to supplier and a replacement supplied
